Chia pudding
This delicious chia pudding is perfect as a snack or for a quick breakfast on the go.
Ingredients
- 4 dl milk (E.g. almond milk or cow milk )
- 5 tbsp chiaseeds
- 2 dl yogurt with vanilla (E.g. skyr w. Vanilla or soy yoghurt )
Topping
- Choko granola
- Berries

Mix milk and the chiaseeds together. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and mix again, so the chiaseed are not lumping together.

Add the yoghurt to the mix and mix it all together. You can choose to divide into 4 small glass or keep it in one big container. Let it sit in the fridge over night. The mixture can hold 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
